Job description

The Marketing & Communication Intern supports the team executing daily marketing tasks and communication activities. You will be responsible for an accurate fulfilment of all operational tasks and will work closely together with the Export Manager and General Manager. Within your internship we can offer you to develop your professional skills by carrying out and supporting the following tasks:

Internship project

  • Integrate and well-connect Vinotage’s online profiles
  • Analysing online data
  • Goal: Increase online presence and build a community

Besides the project, your tasks include 


  • Writing, setting up and sending out monthly newsletters
  • Writing and editing content for the website
  • Keeping the event calendar up to date
  • Assistance in organizing events and tastings


  • Writing Social Media content
  • Developing presentation material
  • Updating product sheets
  • Participation in brainstorm sessions

Sales support:

  • Contacting clients by phone
  • Attending tastings
  • Assistance in the order- and logistical process
  • Sending catalogues and teasers to potential clients 

Job requirements

  • Relevant college or university education (3rd of 4th-year Communication, Marketing, Communication management)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Spanish, Dutch and/or German is a plus
  • Intern candidates must have interest in wine and gastronomy and possess good people and communication skills with the ability to work precisely.
